Sir/Madam,
Please follow the details of the audio link given below in the CG Net Swara Complaints on various issues.
Allegations are as the following:
1) No SC/ST from Gangev area including Kaitha Panchayat getting MGNREGA work.
2) The right candidates are not being given advantage of Indira/CM/PM Housing schemes.
3) Public Cattle Shed/Kanji house need to build in each panchayat in Rewa for wandering animals and for their care.
4) Electric dept of Katara DC in Rewa is completely dysfunctional, putting high electricity bills and no maintenance in the area.
5) MGNREGA works in Kaitha Panchayat and Gangev block getting done via Machines and JCB and no actions being taken even after written and repated complaints.
6) Dalits student from Karahiya Village under Hinauti panchayat in Gangev block are not getting their scholarships from years and no action taken by DEO/DPC rewa.
7) In many cases the Police dept is inactive specially in the rural areas and in SDOP Mangawan and Police station garh. Police is dysfunctional and dont reach to the place even after the complaints written as well as in Dial 100. Dial 100 service in Mangawan sub-division is dysfunctional.
8 ) Under swach Bharat mission the third grade and low quality toilets are being made in rural panchayati areas. In one case in Karahiya village under Darh Panchayat and Teothar tehsil Rewa a person named Ram Gopal is complaining that the toilets are being built in the kitchen which is just one case, and in other many case people even dont have lands to build the toilets.

None in dalit colony got work in NREGA this year nor know that it's their right...

Husband ill, house broken, Pls help get me BPL card to get housing support...
My husband is mentally ill. I have two children and the house is almost broken. Kanji House should be built in each Panchayat to enhance farm production...
There is a provision of making Green yard or Kanji House under National Rural Employment Guarantee Act and some money was also allocated for the same in his Panchayat says Shivanand Dwivedi to whom farmers are complaining that because of vagabond animals lots of crop is getting destroyed. We've electric poles from a year but wires have not been pulled to our houses...
Shivanand Dwivedi is visiting Badokhar dalit colony in Hinauti panchayat of Sirmaur tehsil in Gangeo block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where people tell him that they have electric poles from a year but wires have not been pulled to houses. People have pulled their own wire for half a kilometer and that can cause accident anytime. They are also getting regular bills. MGNREGA work done by machines, we're not getting any work, allege villagers...
Shivanand is visiting Kaitha village in Mangawan tehsil of Gangeo block in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that they are not getting any work under NREGA. All work is getting done by machine and false muster roles are being prepared, they allege. They say when they go to Panchayat with job application it’s not accepted and they’re not given any work. Dalit students not got stipend from 3-4 years, officers give false assurances...
We are Dalit students of Govt Higher Secondary School in Hinauti village in Sirmaur tehsil of Gangeo block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. We are not getting our stipends from 3-4 years. This was complained many times to higher officers but they only gave false assurances. Woman: some people have attacked me, Police: it's late, we'll come tomorrow...
Rekha Jaiswal called Police on Dial 100 service that around a dozen people have attacked her house and are trying to kill her by chasing with dangerous weapons. Police said it is late and they will come tomorrow. But they did not turn up even the next day. Shivanand Dwivedi says he recorded 3 complaints in Dial 100 where he got a complaint number but no action. He requests us to call TI@7389327802 and SDOP@7049123071 to improve the system. We're happy for Govt support to build toilets, Pls don't make them next to kitchen...
Shivanand Dwivedi is visiting Lunia basti in Karaiha village in Dadh panchayat of Tyothar tehsil and block in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh where people tell him that panchayat officials are forcing them to make toilet next to kitchen. They are happy that Govt is helping them toilet under Swachchh Bharat mission but they are opposed to making toilet next to kitchen which they feel is unhyeigenic.
