नमस्कार भारत !!!
जिस प्रकार मानव के साथ अत्याचार हो रहे हैं वैसे ही आज जीव जंतुओं के साथ भी अत्याचार हो रहे हैं. उनको भोजन के तो मारा ही जाता है पर जो जंगली जीव आज संवैधानिक रूप से प्रतिबंधित और संरक्षित की श्रेणी में आते हैं उनको भी मारा जा रहा है. रीवा के जंगलों में नीलगायों, खरगोश, जंगली सूअर आदि का शिकार माफिया द्वारा वन विभाग के कर्मचारियों की सांठ गाठ से आज आम हो चुका है. दर्ज़नों फोटो विडियो, और ऐसे सबूत मौजूद हैं जो इस बात को चिल्ला चिल्ला कर बयां कर रहे हैं... जंगलों की अवैध कटाई, जंगली क्षेत्रों में अवैध उत्खनन, यह भी कोई नई बात नहीं है. सैकड़ों आरा मशीन हैं जो बिना लाइसेंस के चल रही हैं. खनिज विभाग का उत्खनन भी आज वन विभाग की ढाई सौ मीटर की रेंज के अन्दर हो रहा है. पर रीवा में इन सबकी अति हो चुकी है. जिन मामलों को वन विभाग के पास रखा जाता है उन पर भी कोई संज्ञान या कार्यवाही नहीं होती है. मध्य प्रदेश शासन द्वारा जनता की समस्याओं के निवारण के लिए दिल्ली की नक़ल पर चलाई गयी सी.एम. हेल्पलाइन पूरी तरह से खत्म हो चुकी है और एक फ्लॉप शो है. सी.एम. हेल्पलाइन मात्र एंटरटेनमेंट का साधन बस है इसके अतिरिक्त कोई भी गंभीर प्रकरण का कोई भी समाधान इसमें संभव नहीं है. ऐसे ही हमने सैकड़ों प्रकरण सी.एम हेल्पलाइन में दर्ज करवाए पर कोई भी उचित समाधान नहीं निकला. यह जो पत्र प्रधानमंत्री भारत सरकार के नाम पी.जी. पोर्टल की मदद से लिखा गया है वह इसी सन्दर्भ में है. अब तक इन सबमे क्या कुछ हुआ इसका कोई पता रता नहीं है.. फिर भी उम्मीद कायम है... शिवानन्द द्विवेदी (सामाजिक एवं आर टी. आई कार्यकर्ता)

Subject – Regarding immediate suspension and removal of Sirmaur Forest officials – Ranger Mr. Bajpayee, Deputy Ranger of all sub-range such as Lalgaon Mr. K K Pandey, PATEHRA Deputy SAMAYRAJ Chaudhari, Sirmaur Deputy Ranger Mr. Shukla and TEOTHAR Deputy Mr. Lal Bihari Singh. Punitive actions needed also againnst Rewa forest division’s officials CCF/DFO/SDO for NOT taking lawful actions in CM helpline complaints and other written complaints dated – 29/06/2015 and 29/03/2016. Sir/Madam, Due to increasing forest offences in Sirmaur range of Rewa division we demand an immediate action and immediate removal and suspension of the forest officials seated in Sirmaur range and it’s all four sub range LALGAON, PATEHRA, SIRMAUR and TEOTHAR. The following charge sheet I hereby lodging against Sirmaur range forest officials and all of its four sub range: 1) The heavy illegal cutting down of the trees and plants that include medicinal plants taking place in all sub range LALGAON, PATEHRA, TEOTHAR and SIRMAUR itself. Forest officials such as Ranger Sirmaur Mr. Bajpayee, Deputy ranger LALGAON Mr. K K Pandey, Deputy Ranger PATEHRA Mr. Samayraj Chaudhari, Deputy Ranger SIRMAUR Mr. Shukla, and Deputy Ranger TEOTHAR Mr. LAL BIHARI SINGH, all are informed about illegal deforestation but no action taken by the Sirmaur ranger so far. 2) Heavy mining in all Sirmaur range area taking place. For instance in all sub range of LALGAON, PATEHRA, TEOTHAT and SIRMAUR we have enough proof to support our charges. 3) Illegal killing of forest animals also taking place in Sirmaur range and all the sub range are involved in this forest offences. We have again enough proof to show that Neel Gaye and Rozh was killed by the Mafia. 4) Illegal transportation of minerals such as stones, sands and other stone plates taking place inside the Sirmaur forest range. We have photos and videos to support our allegation. All the forest officials starting from CCF, DFO, SDO, Ranger and Deputy Rangers and also MUNSI and Forest GUARDS are involved in these illegal offences. 5) In RTI obtained dated 01/12/2015 at the office of Ranger Sirmaur, the new forest offences are revealed where about 10 lakhs of the plantation project, under Lalgaon sub range and in KANKAR and PANGADI beat, was only accomplished in papers and on the grounds no plantation is done. During an investigation which was also vedographed and photographed only 10 to 15 percent of the plants are seen in almost dead situation. 6) Wildfire was reported in almost every range of Rewa forest division and nothing was done by the CCF, DFO, SDO and Rangers of the Rewa forest divisions to prevent or to stop the wildfire. This matter was reported in several local and national newspapers and in TV channels. No action was taken to stop wildfire. In this wildfire many important medicinal plants as well as large scale forest burnt down. For other points please refer to the enclosed PDF file.
