       यह एक अन्य प्रकरण पीएमओ के पी.जी पोर्टल में दिनांक ग्यारह 11 जून सन 2016 को रखा गया था. यह प्रकरण कैथा पंचायत की खेत सड़क योजना में जे.सी.बी और मशीन से हो रहे कार्यों के विषय में पुलिस को सूचित करने पर घटना स्थल पर न पंहुचने सम्बन्धी था. वैसे तो यह मध्य प्रदेश के पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग को फॉरवर्ड की जानी थी पर यहाँ पर पीएमओ द्वारा डीजीपी भोपाल को फॉरवर्ड होनी बताई गयी है..

Husband ill, house broken, Pls help get me BPL card to get housing support...

My husband is mentally ill. I have two children and the house is almost broken. Kanji House should be built in each Panchayat to enhance farm production...

There is a provision of making Green yard or Kanji House under National Rural Employment Guarantee Act and some money was also allocated for the same in his Panchayat says Shivanand Dwivedi to whom farmers are complaining that because of vagabond animals lots of crop is getting destroyed. These animals also get harmed by farmers when they enter their farms. He is requesting making of these Kanji houses in each village with Govt support to enhance farming production. We've electric poles from a year but wires have not been pulled to our houses...

NREGA work done by machines, we're not getting any work, allege villagers...

Shivanand is visiting Kaitha village in Mangawan tehsil of Gangeo block in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that they are not getting any work under NREGA. All work is getting done by machine and false muster roles are being prepared, they allege. They say when they go to Panchayat with job application it’s not accepted and they’re not given any work. Dalit students not got stipend from 3-4 years, officers give false assurances...

Woman: some people have attacked me, Police: it's late, we'll come tomorrow...

Rekha Jaiswal called Police on Dial 100 service that around a dozen people have attacked her house and are trying to kill her by chasing with dangerous weapons. Police said it is late and they will come tomorrow. But they did not turn up even the next day. We're happy for Govt support to build toilets, Pls don't make them next to kitchen...

Shivanand Dwivedi is visiting Lunia basti in Karaiha village in Dadh panchayat of Tyothar tehsil and block in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh where people tell him that panchayat officials are forcing them to make toilet next to kitchen. Subject – Problems in the MGNREGA payments of the labor, in Gangev block of REWA district of Madhya Pradesh. The fraud muster rolls are created in the name of the job card holders and the money is withdrawn without the labor’s consent. Regional Banks of Rewa district, Janpad Panchayat CEOs, and Panchayat Sarpanch and secretary are all involved in these frauds. The MGNREGA labors are suffering.

Sir/Madam,

      I would like to bring your kind attention to the problems of the MGNREGA payments in various panchayat in GANGEV block of the Rewa district MP. In KAITHA, HINAUTI, BANS, MADARI, PANGADI, LAURI, LOTANI, SEDAHA and other panchayats in GANGEV block the labor payment is not being given and fraud muster roll are created in the name of the MGNREGA job card holders. Most of the panchayat works are carried out using the JCB and machines.

      Several applications are given to the office of CEO Janpad Panchayat Gangev Mr. Pradeep Paul but no action has been taken. Applications/complaints has also been given to the CEO Jila Panchayat Rewa and collector Rewa but no action has been taken.

      I demand for enquiry and strict punishing actions against those of guilty. Some of the projects in Gangev block where the fraud muster rolls are filed and the problems in MGNREGA work is seen are:

      In all above projects only fraud muster roll has been created and no work has been conducted by the labor. Only the money has been withdrawn from the MGNREGA accounts but the actual labor was not present on the location. Instead all the work has been conducted by the JCB and machines.

      The panchayat labors in this drought season are crying for the job but no jobs are being given by the panchayat.

      Also some labors worked in MGNREGA jobs of well constructions but the payment of those labors has not been so far given.

      Similarly the Cattle shed constructions were also proposed in the Panchayat KAITHA under Gangev block but none of the cattle shed has been so far completed. No payments of the labor has been given and no material cost been paid to the beneficiaries.

      I would like to request and demand a fast enquiry in order to punish to the guilty and to be avail the rights and wedge of the MGNREGA job card holders.

      Another problem has been seen in Gangev block that while making the fraud payments, frauds bank accounts are created by the Panchayats in accomplishment with the bank clearck and Manager. Mainly MADHYANCHAL GRAMIN BANK BRANCH GARH, REWA and JILA SAHAKARI BANK LIMITED BANK BRANCH LALGAON both in REWA are involved in fraud business where the fraud bank accounts are created without the consent of the job card holders of the MGNREGA and the money is withdrawn without them knowing about the matter. This is a very serious corruptions problem where NOT ONLY the Janpad GANGEV and Panchayats are involved but also bank itself are involved in this fraud business.

      I again and again request to see all these issues and make an independent enquiry team to investigate the entire matter.

      IMPORTANT NOTES:- Until a comprehensive enquiry is made setting an independent team out side of the MP and preferably from New Delhi, all the MGNREGA fund must be frozen to the mentioned gram panchayats of the GANGEV block.
