The Prime Minister of India,                                          Place: REWA (MP)
Govt. of India, Prime Minister Office,
New Delhi. INDIA.

Subject- Regarding delay in PMGSY road project of LAURI-KAITHA route (road) in Gangev-block  REWA (MP) that to be constructed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY).
Ref. – Application submitted to PMGSY AGM Mr. Gupta of Mauganj REWA (MP) singed by more than thousands of local villagers of the LAURI-KAITHA region with NOC and application provided by the SARPANCH of the LAURI and KAITHA panchayat.

Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring your kind attention to the problems of a public path of more than 100 years of old at HINAUTI-LAURI via KAITHA and ITEHA in Gangev block.
The specific details of HINAUTI-LAURI route is as the following:

1)      HINAUTI, LAURI, KAITHA are the three panchayat that falls under Police station GARH in REWA district of Madhya Pradesh.
2)      HINAUTI-LAURI route is about 9 KM long. It comprises HINAUTI, KARAHIYA, BADOKHAR, SORAHWA, KAITHA, ITEHA, AKALSI, LAURI 1, LAURI 2 villages near to this route.
3)      This HINAUTI-LAURI route is more than 100 years old and about 20,000 of the people resides nearby this route. Besides HINAUTI, LAURI and KAITHA panchayats, the other panchayats that falls under and near this route are: LOTANI, SEDAHA, BANS, PANDUA, DARH, DUVGAMA, KANKAR, MADARI PANGADI.
4)      About 30 villages of all these panchayats are directly connected to this route HINAUTI-LAURI.
5)      HINAUTI-LAURI is the shortest route to pass from HINAUTI area to LAURI/GARH and vice versa.
6)      The present condition of this HINAUTI-LAURI route is very bad. This is a KACHCHA route at present and it’s very difficult even to pedestrian to pass in rainy season, what to say about vehicles then.
7)      If somebody’s near and dear got into trouble such as illness or accidents, it would be extremely hard to enter any ambulance or 4 wheeler vehicles in rainy period.
8)      Women suffering in pregnancy period are carried by hand in rainy season to the nearest hospital since NO way to enter any vehicles.
9)      Students can NOT even drive bicycle in rainy season. They get much trouble to reach to the school in rainy season. There are only two higher secondary schools in HINAUTI and in GARH which are average 5 KM away from the villages.
10)  Shri HANUMAN temple in Kaitha village is also a place for local devotees and many religious and cultural programs being organized timely in premises of Shri Hanuman temple in SHRAVAN months including JANMASTMANI, NAG PANCHAMI, RAM NAUMI, HOLI, DEEWALI, MAHA SHIVRATRI etc., but as the road is not in good condition it’s very difficult for the devotees and local people to gather in temple area, especially in rainy season it’s just disaster.
11)  HINAUTI-LAURI route via KAITHA and ITEHA is the shortest path to connect to HINAUTI and GARH and considering this project fast means connecting thousands of the people from both sides to save their time and energy to travel.
12)  To be noted also that where the HINAUTI is one of the station in main road of REWA-KALWARI via BAIKUNTHPUR and LALGAON which is basically a two lane road just repaired and made better now, on the other hand LAURI (GARH) is a station in HIGH WAY road No 27 passing REWA-MANGAWAN-CHAKGHAT via GANGEV, SOHAGI and GARH. Thus visualizing this one can simply see that these both (2 lane from REWA-KALWARI and HIGH WAY 4 lane from REWA-CHAKGHAT) are the two parallel roads to which HINUTI-LAURI is the shortest connector. So when this shortest connector will be made under PMGSY that would be a boon to the thousands of public residing near to these villages.

Some Facts:- As mentioned in the subject line, a letter from SHRIMAD BHAGAVAD KATHA DHARMARTH SAMITI signed along with the thousands of local villagers residing nearby the HINAUTI-LAURI route has been already given to the General Manager Mr. DAVE in his REWA office and also to the AGM Mauganj Mr. Gupta along with the NOC letter from KAITHA and LAURI sarpanch. As enquired from AGM PMGSY Mr. Gupta is told that this application/letter has already been submitted to the HEAD OFFICE of PMGSY in New Delhi.
Now my request, in public interest, to the Prime Minister of India  is that to direct the PMGSY dept of Bhopal/New Delhi to process fast this project of PMGSY project of HINAUTI-LAURI under GANGEV block in REWA district of Madhya Pradesh. Please make in your cognizance that this road of HINAUTI-LAURI is one of the VERY IMPORTANT route to connect HINUATI to LAURI (GARH) via KAITH and ITEHA.
We one behalf of all the local and needy public of the HINAUTI-LAURI region thank Mr. Prime Minister of India very much.

Sincerely
